Frequently Asked Questions

General Info

Q: Do I need to pre-register or can I walk in on the event day?
A: As we allow walk-ins to the event, we strongly recommend to RSVP online early and to get your Race Pass early too! As passes are limited. Walk-ins may only be available if slots are available.

Active Play Arena

Q: What age group is the Active Play Arena for?
A: The race is open to kids above the height of 90cm and must be aged 12 and below. Both conditions must be met in order to participate in the Active Play Arena.

Q: What time should we arrive?
A: The arena is open from 10AM to 6PM. Participants may compete one time, at anytime during these hours.

Q: How many times can my kid be allowed in the Active Play Arena? A: Each child can participate once, as it’s a race and comes with a completion medal.

Attire & Equipment

Q: What should my child(ren) wear?
A: Comfortable attire and sports shoes are required for safety. A race jersey and bib will be provided.

Q: Is protective gear required?
A: No additional gear is needed, but event marshals will guide and ensure safe play throughout.

Tickets & Passes

Q: What’s included in the Race Pass?
A: Each Race Pass comes with a race jersey, bib, drawstring bag, branded water bottle, completion medal, and goodies from partners.

Q: Is the Race Pass refundable?
A: Race Passes are strictly non-refundable.

Q: Can siblings share a pass?
A: Each child needs their own Race Pass to participate.

Race Format & Safety

Q: How long does the race take?
A: On average, it takes 15–25 minutes depending on the child’s pace, but participants can only complete the race once.

Q: Are there prizes for winners?
A: All kids will receive a medal upon completion. The fastest finishers of the day will be specially celebrated.

Q: Can parents accompany their kids on the race course?
A: Parents are not allowed inside the race stations but must remain present in the designated area for safety supervision.

Q: What if my child doesn’t meet the height requirement?
A: For safety reasons, children who do not meet the minimum height requirement will not be allowed to participate.
