Terms & Conditions
1. Open to all residents of Malaysia aged 18 and above submitting on behalf of a child between the ages of 3 to 12 in Klang Valley only.
2. Entries are open from 9th January 2026 and close on 8th February 2026. Late entries will not be accepted. The prize redemption period is between 1st March 2026 to 28th February 2027.
By entering, you confirm that the nominated child is your own child, or that you have consent from the legal guardian to submit on their behalf.
3. Winners will be selected by The Nurts team based on creativity, sincerity, and alignment with the spirit of The Nurts. All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
Winners will be contacted via email and WhatsApp. If uncontactable within 48 hours, a new winner may be chosen.
4. By participating, you consent to:
a) The Nurts team and partners filming the surprise birthday experience
b) Use of photos/videos captured for marketing, social media, and promotional materials
c) Sharing your nomination story across The Nurts’ platforms
All content created remains the intellectual property of The Nurts and its partners.
5. Date and time of birthday surprise will be coordinated with winners with at least 3 weeks lead time.
Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
Foam/bubble party setups are subject to weather and space suitability at the winner’s provided location.
The Nurts reserves the right to modify or substitute parts of the experience should unforeseen circumstances arise.
6.All safety precautions will be taken during the event, but The Nurts is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the activities.
Adult supervision is required throughout the event.
7. The Nurts reserves the right to amend the terms or disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or inappropriate.
